For children and young people
Hi , I'm Sarah, a counsellor working with children and young people based in Northwich Cheshire. I have over 650 hours experience and offer private sessions for children, teenagers and young adults. I am based in the Wellbeing Center in Rosebank Sports Shop in Northwich Town Centre.
I can help with issues such as low mood, difficulties with over thinking leading to anxiety and impacting on sleep, reluctance to attend school, struggles with self-image or gender identity. I can also offer therapeutic support with a range of other issues.
With primary aged children I also work closely with parents to ensure they feel confident about how to support their child with the difficulties they are experiencing.
